Life/Death
Today, my great grandma passed away at 96 years old. That’s almost an entire generation.
I’ve only been alive for 15 years, and I already feel like an old soul. I’ve had so many experiences, good and bad alike, I’ve learned so much in my life so far, and it makes me wonder:
Is gaining so much knowledge and living through so much the reason our bodies wither with age? Do we simply learn and live until it’s physically impossible to continue? And once our physical forms do give out, are our intellectual forms lost as well?
I’m so curious of the natures of life and death.
